Arnica
This was a very exiting day for me when I discovered arnica here in the Valchuisella. It grows a little higher than Ravenwood at about 1000 meters above sea level. We are 800 meters above sea level.
I harvested a few flower heads and infused them in olive oil for a few months, then strained the oil and heated it slightly to add a little beeswax to make an ointment. It is great for bumps and bruises.
